We are upgrading our live chat system to enhance the customer experience! This upgrade will not impact your hosted services.

To complete the upgrade, live chat functionality will be briefly unavailable starting at 6:30 AM EST on March 4, 2025.

Our ticketing system will not be affected, so clients can still open tickets as usual. Our live chat team will be ready to assist once live chat is restored.
