We are excited to announce that our transition to the new support ticketing system is now complete! The backend upgrades and enhancements will improve our Support Team's efficiency and ticket resolution times.

You may note slight visual changes with emailed ticket formatting, however, the process of communicating with the Support Team via tickets created through https://my.nexcess.net/, chat support (now 24x7), and telephone, remains unchanged.

This has been a work in progress for many months and we appreciate your patience as we work to continously evolve and improve our ability to meet and exceed your expectations.

We are excited to announce that Nexcess is transitioning to our new support ticketing system on Saturday, May 22nd! The backend upgrades and enhancements will improve support efficiency and ticket resolution times. We anticipate intermittent delays in the receipt of ticket updates between 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM ET as we transition to the new system.

The support team will continue to be online and available for any issues which might arise via Chat or by Telephone at 1-866-639-2377 or internationally at 1-313-279-0722.
