Our team has implemented a fix to resolve the issue of duplicate creation. We will continue to monitor this to ensure that the fix has been effective in resolving the issue.

Our team is currently investigating an issue that is intermittently causing multiple instances of newly created tickets to be created. We will update this status post as soon as more information becomes available.
