This issue is now resolved. Our teams have confirmed that there have been no further issues when ordering Magento websites.

A fix has been implemented and deployed by our engineers to our environment.
With this fix we are no longer seeing issues with the placement of new orders for Magento websites on our cloudhosting platform, or the creation of new Magento websites on existing plans in that platform, but will continue monitoring to ensure this fix has been successful.

We are currently aware of a technical issue affecting the placement of new orders for Magento websites on our cloudhosting platform, and the creation of new Magento websites on existing plans in that platform. New Magento plans and websites currently fail to provision in the platform. Our Engineering and Development teams are engaged and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
This issue does not affect Wordpress and WooCommerce websites. This issue also does not affect existing Magento websites.
