Our data center operations team has identified a failing RAID array on one of our KVM nodes (jarvis01-kvm170.lan3.us-midwest-2.lwinternal.com). In order to minimize the potential for data loss, our engineering team will perform a volume migration for cloudhost-4388271.us-midwest-2.nxcli.net. This process will require taking the cloudhost offline and performing a block-level data transfer to another KVM node. Expected downtime is expected to be ~1hr, however the full duration of the maintenance window is 3 hours, out of an abundance of caution.
